NABS 2002- Poster and presentation format

General messages
Posted: 28 Apr, 2002
Expiration Date: 1 Jun, 2002

Oral: Contributed and invited presentations are limited to 12-13 minutes plus 2-3 minutes for discussion (maximum 15 minutes per presenter). Session moderators will strictly enforce these time limits. Only 2" x 2", 35 mm slides or prepared overhead transparencies will be allowed for oral presentations. No computerized projection systems (i.e., MS PowerPoint or any other computer projection software) will be allowed or provided.

Posters: The program committee strongly encourages members and other attendees to consider submission for poster presentations. Posters are an excellent medium for detailed and extended discussion of your research and allow for complex charts, graphs, tables, or photographs that are difficult to present in an oral presentation session. A 1.2 m x 1.2 m (4' x 4') poster space will be provided for poster presentations. A special poster session, with posters grouped by subject area, will be held separately from the oral sessions. In addition, poster spaces will be reserved in the poster session for poster presentations associated with specific Special Sessions.
