Space Allocation
NABS 2000 reserves the right to allocate exhibit space. Space will be allocated on a
first come/first serve basis. Every attempt will be made to assign space according to
exhibitor's preference.
Exhibit Rates
Fees include: one 8' table (two tables for 20' space), two chairs, electrical outlet,
identification sign, 3-foot block-off drape, as well as admission to the Momday and
Tuesday night mixers and the Wednesday, banquet/dinner for one person. Upon receipt of
registration, Exhibitors will be notified of the location of their space, shipping
arrangements, etc.

Security
Exhibits are manned by the exhibitors during meeting hours. Exhibit hall doors are
locked when meeting is not in session. NABS 2000, employees thereof, or their
representatives, will not be responsible for the safety of the exhibits against theft,
damage by fire, accident, or other causes. Exhibitors should provide for their own
insurance.
