Travel information
In conjunction with the meeting, Keystone Central
Reservations Department has joined with several major air carriers to offer transportation
packages. These packages include round-trip airfare and ground transportation to Keystone
Resort from Denver International Airport. Tickets may be purchased directly from Keystone
or from your local travel agent. To take advantage of this offer, fill out the appropriate
lines on the reservation form (see p. 414), or call the Conference Reservations Department
at 1-800-258-0437 (international calls, 970-496-4242) to pre-arrange this
offer. They can also help with rental cars. Again, note the Group Code CG0CNAB.
The following rules apply to the special rates:
Minimum Stay: 2-3 nights minimum stay at Keystone Resort is
required
Deposit: $100 per seat is due at the time of booking
Final Payment: Due no later than 30 days prior to arrival
at Keystone
Cancellations: Cancellations more than 30 days prior to
arrival have a $25.00 processing fee.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are
NON-REFUNDABLE.
Driving from Denver
Keystone is located 90 miles (144 km)
from Denver International Airport (DEN). Take Interstate 70 west through the Eisenhower
Tunnel to Dillon, exit 205. Continue six miles east on U.S. Highway 6.
