Meeting update

Hope everyone is excited about the upcoming meeting at Keystone Resort! Don't forget that at the Resort's elevation (roughly 3,000 masl) the weather can be anywhere from snow to sunburn! Be ready and wear layers (always a good Colorado maxim).

There have been a number of questions on the presentation format and equipment for talks and posters. Let me remind you of the information in the original and second call for papers! For the talks - the supported media for presentations are 35mm slide projector and overhead projector! And for the technologically advanced, I'm afraid to say we will not have computer projectors either (so, no PowerPoint presentations). Maybe in the future...?

Poster presentations should fit in a 4' x 4' space on a poster board (two of you will be sharing a 4' x 8' board). These are cloth covered and will accept push pins or velcro. However, neither will be provided (i.e., BRING YOUR OWN!). The boards will be up Wednesday morning for set-up prior to the afternoon poster session. You should take your poster down before the evening banquet or mixer.

This should get you all going in the right direction! If you have questions, feel free to contact me (Steve Canton) at ChadEco@aol.com . See you at Keystone!
